At SIMHUB, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and sim-racing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SIMHUB account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to SIMHUB

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
